Live Younger Live Longer:
To live younger live longer in this age and time, there are three components contributing to this issue; namely Mental, (an) Emotion, and Physical. In this venue I will share what I learn about how to live younger live longer life, based on scientifically supported information. To live younger live longer requires integrated knowledge from all three aspects above. A human body can easily last 80-100 years if there is no resistance in both energy and physical aspects. Hope to cover all in subsequent articles.
If I have a permission to share my background with you. I currently teach Medical School in Bangkok Thailand. I studied Pharmacognosy, aka how to discover new bioactive compounds for new supplements and drugs in US, and have a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology. My partner is an anti aging physician doctor/ alternative medicine practitioner with 20 years experience from Cambridge University. My current knowledge expands into Vibrational Medicine, Quantum Medicine and Eastern knowledge of health and living.
Seeing the suffering of patients who flock to their hospital visit, I believe a preparation is the key to live younger live longer into the active golden years; a much better alternative compared to bed ridden with stroke, cardiovascular disease, dementia and all.
Combined knowledge of my partner and myself can possibly extending your life. If the recommendation is used, you can age graciously while retaining the activities you love and enjoy.

When was the last time your bare feet touch the soft earth?It is called "grounding". Ten mins a day will resulted in clearer mind and better sleep.
Sitting out among nature also relaxed us. Hugging big trees, listening to waterfall both calm us down.
Revisit nature today, shall we?

เมื่อเท้าเปล่าสัมผัสดินหรือทราย เขาเรียก "กราวน์ดิ้ง" เอาประจุไฟฟ้าส่วนเกินที่ร่างกายได้รับในแต่ละวันออกไป เพียงเท้าเปลือยเปล่าสัมผัสผืนดินวันละสิบนาทีจะทำให้คุณมีสมองปลอดโปร่งและนอนหลับได้สนิทขึ้น
การใช้เวลาอยู่ท่ามกลางธรรมชาติก็ทำให้เราผ่อนคลาย กอดต้นไม้ใหญ่ ฟังเสียงน้ำตก ก็สามารถทำให้เราผ่อนคลาย
กลับไปหาธรรมชาติในวันนี้กันดีไหมคะ
